Position Overview:
We are looking for a Tele Caller who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting the company's products and values over phone calls or virtual means. The ideal candidate will build strong communication with prospects and contribute to overall sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with leads and clients via phone, WhatsApp, or virtual platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a database of customer interactions.
- Promote company offerings in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle objections smartly.
- Analyze call feedback and contribute to improving lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support outreach strategies.
Experience required: 1-2years
