About The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join the
Core Trading Systems team
, which develops and supports a primary trading platform used globally for systematic (quantitative) and discretionary (qualitative) trading. The system supports trading in equities, futures, options, and other financial instruments across multiple markets.

This role involves designing and building complex, distributed, real-time systems and enhancing features of order management systems to support expansion into new markets. The team works closely with global business stakeholders, traders, and exchanges to deliver cutting-edge, high-performance solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop core trading system infrastructure for both automated and manual trading.
  • Build and enhance distributed, real-time systems for high-frequency trading and order management.
  • Add new features and extend existing functionality to support entry into new markets.
  • Collaborate with trading teams, brokers, and exchanges to tailor solutions to business needs.
  • Drive projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and analysis to delivery and deployment.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies, while developing financial domain knowledge.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
  • Proven ability to implement medium to large-scale software in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
