Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Yoga Coach to join the wellness team. The role involves conducting therapeutic yoga sessions for individuals and groups, supporting physical and mental wellbeing through structured, evidence-based yoga practices tailored to diverse needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic yoga sessions for individuals and groups using styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga, adapting practices for beginner to advanced levels.
• Plan and deliver goal-oriented yoga sessions focused on stress management, sleep support, flexibility, mobility, rehabilitation assistance, and relaxation.
• Demonstrate correct posture alignment, breathing techniques (Pranayama), and mindfulness practices; provide safe modifications and verbal guidance as required.
• Design structured warm-up and cool-down routines to ensure appropriate flow, pacing, and injury prevention.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
• Contribute to content development by creating instructional videos, blogs, digital modules, and client handouts to support wellness education and digital programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certification in yoga teaching from a recognized institution (200-hour or 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training or higher).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching yoga in studio, online, or hybrid formats.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and alignment principles relevant to therapeutic yoga.
• Proficiency in Pranayama, meditation, relaxation techniques, and mindful movement practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and engage diverse participants.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

Preferred Areas of Expertise

• Therapeutic Yoga for stress management, sleep concerns, and mild musculoskeletal issues.
• Mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork practices supporting mental wellbeing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
