Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Align HR strategy with business objectives and manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with plant leadership to drive productivity, workforce stability, and employee morale.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Develop manpower planning models to support production targets and expansion.

Learning & Development

  • Design and implement training programs for technical skills, safety, and leadership.
  • Promote continuous learning and upskilling across all levels.

Performance Management

  • Drive performance appraisal cycles and competency mapping.
  • Implement KPIs and productivity-linked reward systems. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Manage industrial relations, union negotiations, and grievance redressal.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement programs and communication forums.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, ESI, PF, and other statutory obligations.
  • Maintain audit readiness and liaise with government authorities as needed.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Oversee payroll, HRIS, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Streamline HR processes for operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 13–18 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and union management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
