Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled BI Engineer with strong experience in building data pipelines, working with DBT, and creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Symphony. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building data infrastructure and converting raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.

Develop and manage models using DBT (Data Build Tool).

Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Symphony.

Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather dashboard/reporting requirements.

Optimize data architecture for performance and scalability.

Ensure data quality, reliability, and integrity across all pipelines.

Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and implement fixes.

Participate in end-to-end data warehousing and reporting projects.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering / BI Development.

Strong hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL tools.

Proficient with DBT for data transformation and modeling.

Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Strong experience with Power BI or Symphony visualization tools.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to Have

Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Exposure to Python or scripting for automation.

Knowledge of CI/CD for DBT or BI deployments.

Understanding of business KPIs and data governance best practices.
