Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will manage and streamline internal processes, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role includes timely follow-up on internal tasks and preparing accurate reports for the Managing Director to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on internal tasks, projects, and deadlines across departments.
- Maintain a clear system for tracking ongoing activities and pending issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the MD, summarizing progress, pending items, and key updates.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain official records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist the MD in scheduling meetings, appointments, and agendas.
- Draft emails, memos, and internal communications as required.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in reporting and internal coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail.
