Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Bangalore Urban. As a full-time employee at Pentagon Space, you will contribute to creating visually compelling graphics to support our educational content. You will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual identity while working in a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for creative individuals eager to contribute to an innovative company in the education sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in graphic design, including a solid understanding of design principles such as layout and typography (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in UI design, demonstrating the ability to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Skilled in infographic design, capable of transforming complex data into clear and engaging visual stories.
  • Solid understanding of visual communication to effectively convey ideas and concepts through graphical content.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, proficient in creating and editing high-quality images to support our digital content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to produce vector illustrations and graphics for various marketing materials.
  • E-Learning design experience, understanding the unique requirements and challenges of designing for educational platforms.
  • Ability to create motion graphics, bringing a dynamic element to our digital content and enhancing user engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop creative graphics and layout for product illustrations, company logos, and websites while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our education and marketing teams to design e-learning materials and promotional content.
  • Utilize design software to create and edit a wide range of visual assets, ensuring high-quality outcomes for all projects.
  • Support the team in managing graphic design needs for various projects, maintaining consistency across all visual elements.
  • Create engaging and professional presentations for internal and external functions, focusing on clarity and impactful design.
  • Assist in the production of cross-platform designs, ensuring functionality and visual communication across all mediums.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends to incorporate modern elements into visual content.
