Key Responsibilities:

1.Visual Design & Brand Alignment

  • Develop and design a wide range of print and digital collaterals including brochures, banners, reports, toolkits, infographics, and social media creatives.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with donor requirements and Plan Indias brand identity and communication guidelines.
  • Adapt existing templates and create new layouts that are visually appealing and message-driven.

2. Innovation & Creative Strategy

  • Bring in fresh ideas and innovative approaches to visual storytelling, including use of interactive tools, digital platforms, and user-friendly formats.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and program visibility initiatives.
  • Integrate multimedia elements, motion graphics, or interactive formats wherever relevant.

3.Technology & Tools Integration

  • Utilize latest design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) and tools to streamline and improve design efficiency.
  • Explore and recommend tech-based solutions for effective communication, such as microsites, animated presentations, or digital brochures.

Eligibility:

  • Degree in Design or related field
  • 5+ years experience in designing.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, etc.), CorelDraw, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of production of UI/UX designing
  • Knowledge of photography and videography
  • Task-oriented nature and ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines
  • Ability to visualize and lead projects within multicultural contexts, especially in the development sector
  • Ability to understand current visual design trends and anticipate new avenues to increase Plan India's visibility
