Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow Management:

  • Compliance & Audits:
  • Ensure financial practices comply with accounting standards and legal regulations, and prepare for internal and external audits.
  • Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather financial data and support informed decision-making.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is typically required.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of construction accounting principles, complex contract terms, and unique construction-related financial concepts.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is necessary.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve financial issues.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
