About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong Java and web application development experience to join our digital engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement and customize AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms as per business requirements.
• Develop backend logic using Core Java / OSGi components / Sling Models.
• Integrate AEM with external systems such as CRM, DAM, or RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement dynamic and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure code quality.
• Work closely with architects, UX teams, and QA for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Manage deployment pipelines and environment configurations for AEM instances.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 48 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.3 or later).
• Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and OSGi frameworks.
• Experience with Sling Models, JCR, and AEM workflows.
• Working knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, CRXDE, and Apache Sling framework.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React/Angular (optional).
• Experience with REST/SOAP-based web services integration.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AEM as a Cloud Service, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified Expert AEM Developer / Architect certification.
• Experience with AEM Headless, GraphQL, or Content Fragments.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or enterprise content management domains.
