Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Madurai. The Site Manager will oversee daily construction site operations, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining project documentation. The Site Manager will also address any issues that arise on-site and ensure that all activities align with project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to oversee construction schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction standards, site safety regulations, and legal compliance requirements.
  • Experience in problem-solving and decision-making to address on-site challenges efficiently.
  • Good analytical and technical skills for reviewing blueprints and ensuring adherence to designs.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in managing on-site construction projects is required; experience with projects in the Madurai region is an advantage.
