About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Rohini. This role combines patient outreach, data management, and coordination responsibilities to support our medical services and enhance patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
•
Patient Outreach & Lead Management:
Conduct outbound calls to medical leads, effectively communicating our services and encouraging clinic visits
•
Patient Coordination:
Manage patient care coordination and ensure seamless communication between patients and medical professionals
•
Data Management:
Maintain accurate patient and lead data in Excel spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail
•
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports to the marketing team on lead conversion, patient interactions, and outreach outcomes
•
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and prospective clients throughout their healthcare journey
•
Administrative Support:
Handle various administrative tasks to support clinic operations
Required Qualifications
•
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
•
Medical Knowledge:
Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare processes
•
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport over phone calls
•
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and management
•
Customer Service:
Proven customer service skills with patient-centric approach
•
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
•
Availability:
Must be available to work on-site in Rohini from 10 AM to 8 PM
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in healthcare setting or medical coordination
• Experience in telemarketing or patient outreach
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and patient privacy requirements
