Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Associate role located in Gurugram. The Junior Associate will assist senior lawyers in legal documentation, case research, and drafting pleadings and contracts. The role involves reviewing legal documents, attending client meetings, and preparing case summaries. Additional responsibilities include supporting courtroom proceedings, maintaining case files, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Collaboration with team members on diverse legal cases is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Drafting legal documents
  • Knowledge of Corporate Law, Civil Law, or Criminal Law practices
  • Proficiency in Document Review, Compliance Review, and Case Summarization
  • Excellent Verbal Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, demonstrating Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Knowledge of Indian legal frameworks, with experience in any legal domain being advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; Bar Council registration is preferred
