As we expand our footprint, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru and help drive our mission forward.
Role Overview:As a Sales Engineer at Aracion, you will play a key role in engaging with customers, identifying technical needs, and offering tailored solutions across our test & measurement portfolio. You'll work closely with our technical and engineering teams to design, present, and deliver proposals that meet exacting client requirements — particularly in the areas of EMI/EMC, RF Shielding, Antenna Testing, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across industries
- Understand customer technical challenges and provide bespoke testing solutions
- Create comprehensive technical proposals and lead solution presentations
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to strategic sales planning Requirements:
- Background in EMI/EMC, RF Shielding, or Test & Measurement solutions
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within a lab or equipment provider
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
