Major accountabilities:

  • Finance Partner for Technology Function
  • Partnering with Key leaders for Budget forecasting, country BPA/FRA discussions and other strategic initiatives
  • Key Partner with Global BPA on monthly closing
  • Closely track and monitor divestment income & expenses and appropriately planning in LO/MYF/TGT
  • Be an extended team member for transformation finance and drive process enhancements
  • Managing independently the month end activities and planning process related deliverables with minimum supervision
  • Alignment on Boundary in/outs, Cross charges, Allocations and Headcount reporting
  • TGT, LF2 and LO support: Personnel Costs & Headcount planning, Full ownership of BPC submissions, Deck preparation and presentations as needed
  • Close collaboration with FRA on Monthly pre-close meeting, restructuring, accruals review, Master data maintenance and closing calls
    Adhoc analysis for specific management request

Key performance indicators:

  • Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided -Reliability, timeliness and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts -Accuracy of early-warning system and results.
  • Managing risks and ops efficiently for the line of business
