Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer at Shine Well Digital Solutions in Bengaluru. He/She will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end for websites. This includes tasks such as creating responsive web interfaces, building scalable server-side logic, integrating APIs, optimizing website performance, ensuring SEO-friendly structures, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, )
  • Strong knowledge of back-end web development (PHP, Laravel, , , Django, or similar frameworks)
  • Database management experience (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web hosting platforms
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly coding practices (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for building high-quality websites

Note: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of 15K to 20K INR per month, corresponding to the experience and qualifications.

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon–Fri)
