Job Description

The AI Developer will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled enterprise applications using Azure AI Foundry. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The developer will work on real-world problems, participate in agile development cycles, and help operationalize AI models in production systems.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications using Azure AI Foundry.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Architect and development team to implement scalable and secure AI solutions.
  • Assist in designing cloud-native applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to the development of multi-agent systems and intelligent workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support the implementation of MLOps and GenAIOps practices for model lifecycle management.
  • Help maintain documentation, versioning, and traceability of AI components.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML projects (academic, professional, or open-source).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Other Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

AI & Cloud Development

  • Experience implementing AI/ML models using Python, C#, JAVA or similar languages.
  • Preferred: Software development experience in .NET C# and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services).
  • Understanding of MLOps pipelines and responsible AI practices.

Cloud & Systems

  • Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, and networking.

Development & Tooling

  • Proficiency in software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with REST APIs, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.
