About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SAP APO-GATP Consultant to join our growing SAP supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) functionality within SAP APO, ensuring accurate and optimized order promise capabilities across complex supply networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the GATP module within SAP APO
  • Perform real-time availability checks and manage product allocation logic
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
  • Design and optimize backorder processing, rules-based ATP, and multi-level ATP checks
  • Integrate GATP with ECC/S4HANA and other supply chain systems
  • Conduct system testing, training, and go-live support
  • Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution for APO-GATP

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APO (with at least 2-3 years in GATP)
  • Deep understanding of ATP logic, product allocation, and supply chain processes
  • Experience in integration between APO and ECC/S/4HANA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of aATP (Advanced ATP) in S/4HANA is a strong plus
  • Experience with other APO modules (DP, SNP) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with order management and fulfillment processes
  • SAP Certification in APO or SCM modules is a plus
