About the Role
Cateina Technologies is looking for an experienced
IBM CP4i Lead
with strong delivery and leadership experience in
middleware integration
and
banking domain projects
. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution delivery, manage a large team, and ensure client satisfaction through effective engagement and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  integration and middleware projects
  using
  IBM CP4i
  or equivalent platforms.
• Oversee project delivery, code reviews, release management, and production deployments.
• Manage and mentor a team of
  20+ members
  , ensuring quality, timelines, and SLA adherence.
• Engage directly with client leadership (AGM/DGM levels) for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and delivery sign-offs.
• Drive
  customer satisfaction
  through proactive communication and solution-oriented approaches.
• Manage
  Kubernetes deployments
  , containerization, and systematic release processes.
• Create and maintain
  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  for project governance.
• Lead a
  monitoring sub-team
  and ensure application stability and uptime.
• Continuously train and upskill team members for improved delivery efficiency.
