Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Patna. The specialist will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and conducting digital marketing campaigns. The role includes monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better results. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage
    high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Execute and optimize Meta Ads
    campaigns with A/B testing, retargeting, and sales/lead-focused funnels.
  • Monitor
    daily performance metrics
    to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as
    ROAS, CPL, CTR and CAC
    through keyword research, ad copy testing, budget pacing, and bid management.
  • Provide
    data-driven performance reports
    with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content & creative teams to develop engaging
    ad creatives and landing pages
    .
  • Support basic SEO initiatives like keyword optimization, on-page reviews, and coordination for
    long-term visibility
    .
