We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Business Operations you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and sustaining efficient services, APIs, and workflows (Backend Development)
• Architecting scalable solutions leveraging microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems (System Design)
• Crafting, optimizing, and administering schemas for relational and non-relational databases (Data Layer)
• Creating connectors and APIs to integrate with enterprise systems like Jira, Okta, and Snowflake (Integrations)
• Overseeing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling (Cloud & DevOps)

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python (Fast API, Django, Flask), (Express, Nest JS), and Go (g RPC/REST)Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Proficient in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Skilled in messaging and streaming systems like Kafka or AWS SQS
• Experienced in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficient in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry
• Experienced in developing internal platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
