Job Description

Uni-Com India is looking for a highly experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the Jalandhar zone.

Only candidates with solid experience in the mobile/telecom industry—particularly with brands like Nokia, Oppo, Realme, Xiaomi, Vivo, Samsung, etc.—should apply.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive overall zone performance

Handle distributor and retailer networks efficiently

Lead, train, and mentor the sales field team

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Execute sales plans to grow market share

Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional activities

Required Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the mobile/telecom industry

Strong background with brands like Nokia, Oppo, Realme, Xiaomi, etc. preferred

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Proven success in managing teams and meeting sales targets

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Strong understanding of the Punjab/Jalandhar market
