Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with hands-on experience in Laravel to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust backend systems, integrating APIs, and contributing to scalable solutions for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend systems using PHP and Laravel.
  • Plan application architecture, database schemas, and technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring best practices and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, audit codebase, and maintain high code quality.
  • Test modules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure handling of data.
  • Document technical processes and maintain code comments for clarity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BTech preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in backend development using PHP, Laravel preferred.
  • Strong understanding of MVC frameworks and backend development lifecycle.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
  • Experience integrating APIs and using Git version control.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
