We are looking for an experienced Database Programmer with 5 to 8 years of expertise to join our dynamic team in Thane

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in database development and be proficient in related technologies

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions while ensuring high performance and scalability
- Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using MS SQL and PostgreSQL
- Write and optimize Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions
- Perform Performance Tuning to ensure efficient database operations
- Implement and maintain data integrity and security measures
- Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development
- Manage and track tasks effectively using JIRA
- Work closely with application developers to design efficient database structures
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide solutions
- Optimize queries and indexing strategies for performance enhancement
- Ensure database scalability and maintainability to support business growth
- Required Skills & Qualifications

5 to 8 years of experience in MS SQL and PostgreSQL development
- Proficiency in writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions
- Strong expertise in Performance Tuning and query optimization
- Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot database issues
- Experience working with JIRA in an Agile environment
- Excellent understanding of database normalization and indexing techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Qualifications

Experience with database replication and clustering techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration strategies
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and when to use them
