Verification Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Verification Specialist (Voice) to manage international background verification processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume calls while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responsibilities

• Conduct employment, education, and reference checks for candidates as per client guidelines.
• Handle 60+ inbound/outbound calls per day to verify candidate information.
• Process, analyze, and accurately document verification results in the system.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery within defined SLAs and TAT.
• Maintain integrity, discipline, and confidentiality in all processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Be flexible to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in international voice processes (background verification industry preferred).
• Prior experience in BPO/ITES industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Must have complete background documentation.
