Profile Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Video & Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging videos and visual content. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of the Marketing Department to execute video production end-to-end — from storyboarding and shooting to editing and publishing. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who is skilled in video creation, passionate about storytelling, focused on delivering great user experiences, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and present creative ideas.
  • Understand and create content suited to our target audience.
  • Execute video production tasks, including storyboarding, filming, and editing.
  • Create and adapt content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
  • Edit videos for different formats and audience segments.
  • Support basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Organize and maintain the video library, assets, and equipment.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
  • Assist in live shoots, webinars, and event coverage.
  • Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and techniques.

  • Storytelling & Creativity:
    Ability to craft engaging narratives tailored for different platforms and audiences.
  • Market-Specific Content Understanding:
    Skill in optimizing content across multiple channels and formats for the targeted market.
  • Video Production Expertise:
    Hands-on ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
  • Motion Graphics & Design:
    Basic knowledge of animation, visual effects, and graphic design.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in video production and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
  • etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
