We're all about taking you back to your maa's kitchen, the place from where you have some of your fondest memories and knew you could trust completely. We're doing Indian ethnic snacks & sweets with clean ingredients - the ones we'd typically use in our home kitchens. We offer healthier choices in terms of better quality ingredients (no palm oil, no maida, no preservatives) and superfood blends (raagi mathri, jowar nan-khatai cookie, etc.) so that you can continue enjoy your favorite snacks without the guilt.

About the Role

You'll be designing creatives across different user touch
points
(ads, website, packaging, brochures, etc.) by thinking about two critical factors: 1. what is likely to resonate with the user in this communication format, 2. what do we stand for as a brand, and how do we bring this out in this communication. You'll thrive if you enjoy thinking about the 'why' behind the actions that the users take.

Things you'll be working on

  1. Designing ad creatives for display ads across Meta, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, etc. The goal is to understand the user emotion around the product, and create something that will resonate with the user and make them want to engage with our offering
  2. Creatives for the website, that help communicate our brand message better and are perceptive of the user's questions in their purchase journey
  3. Designing packaging that brings out the story and emotion behind the snack, and doesn't just talk about the product. We want to take users back in time, with everything that we do
  4. Design creatives across user touch points based on similar principles

Qualifications, Criteria

  • 2+ years of working experience
  • 1+ years of experience with designing for retail users
  • Understanding of packaging design
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Firefly is a plus
  • Knowledge of video editing is a plus
