Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Student Guidance: -

  • Provide information to prospective students about academic programs, admission requirements, and other aspects of the institution.
  • Offer guidance and support to students in understanding their academic and career goals.

Application Process:

  • Assist students in completing the application forms and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Review and evaluate applications to assess eligibility and suitability for admission.

Communication: -

Communicate with prospective students and their families through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and online chats.

  • Address inquiries related to admissions procedures, program details, financial aid, and scholarships.

Events and Outreach: -

  • Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.

Collaboration: -

  • Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and other administrative units to ensure accurate information is provided to prospective students.

Records and Reporting: -

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
  • Generate reports on admissions-related activities and outcomes.

Admission Policies:-

  • Stay informed about changes in admission policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
