About Us

We are a fast-growing D2C brand looking for a
Copywriter cum Creative Strategist
who can think, plan, and execute ideas that drive performance. The ideal candidate is someone who not only writes engaging ad copies but also understands consumer psychology, brand voice, and social media trends to deliver content that converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & Conceptualize
    : Develop creative strategies and content angles for Meta ads, campaigns, and social media.
  • Copywriting
    : Write compelling ad copies (headlines, CTAs, hooks, product descriptions, captions) that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement.
  • Creative Direction
    : Work with designers and video editors to ensure creatives align with copy and strategy.
  • Social Media Content
    : Ideate and script content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • A/B Testing
    : Develop multiple copy variations and monitor performance with the marketing team to optimize results.
  • Trend Spotting
    : Stay updated on consumer behavior, cultural trends, and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
  • Brand Building
    : Maintain consistency in brand voice across ads, social content, and other communication channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
    in copywriting or creative strategy, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio of
    ad copies and social media content
    that demonstrate creativity and performance impact.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how copy impacts them.
  • Excellent storytelling, ideation, and brainstorming skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, relatable messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, editors, and marketers.
  • Bonus: Experience in writing scripts for short-form video ads (UGC/Reels/TikTok style).
