Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is performed according to design specifications, project timelines, and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and other engineers, to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control:
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of work performed by contractors.
  • Implement quality assurance processes.
  • Resolve any issues or defects identified during construction.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Attend and contribute to site meetings.
  • Provide technical advice and problem-solving solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, site progress, and incidents.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status and compliance.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Health and Safety:
  • Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  • Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹18,000.00 per month
