We are looking for a Team Lead 3D Artist with strong hands-on experience in modeling and the ability to guide a small art team.

This is not a purely managerial role. At this stage, the Team Lead is expected to actively work on 3D production while also ensuring visual consistency, quality, and direction across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as 3D Art Team Lead, coordinating and guiding 3D artists.
  • Define and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the projects direction.
  • Produce high-quality 3D assets (characters, props, environments depending on strengths).
  • Review and provide feedback on team members' work.
  • Ensure assets are game-ready and optimized for Unreal Engine 5.
  • Collaborate closely with animation, VFX, and programming to support gameplay needs.

Visual & Art Direction

The visual target is a high-quality action game with a strong artistic identity.

Assets must balance detail, performance, and readability, especially in combat scenarios.

Experience with stylized realism or high-quality realistic assets for real-time engines is highly valued.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience as a 3D Artist in games or real-time projects.
  • Demonstrable experience leading or mentoring other artists.
  • Excellent skills in 3D modeling (characters, props, or environments).
  • Strong understanding of game-ready asset creation (topology, UVs, baking, LODs).
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
