Description

Managing the Term Deposit Module in Flexcube Core Banking System and making sure module is performing as per desired functionality.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Managerial ResponsibilitiesLeads Flexcube functional delivery by managing teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables. 
  2. Reviews functional designs, ensures compliance, and drives UAT/go-live support. 
  3. Manages resources, risks, and reports while mentoring team members. 
  4. Supports strategic planning, process improvement.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of new business requirements and collaborate with flexcube OEM team. 
  2. Configure and customize relevant Flexcube modules to align as per banking regulations. 
  3. Design end-to-end functional solutions, prepare BRDs/FRDs, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 
  4. Collaborate with testing teams for system integration, data mapping, and solution testing. 
  5. Manage and support UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and handle change requests. 
  6. Ensure alignment with compliance and audit requirements. 
  7. Provide expert guidance during go-live and post-implementation support.
  8. Train users and internal teams on Flexcube functionalities and updates. 
  9. Continuously monitor product enhancements and regulatory changes to recommend system improvements.
Qualifications

M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree

Min Exp: 15 years

Max Exp: 18 years
