Role Summary:

We are looking for a Trader with expertise in OTC trading, market making, digital assets and retain crypto wallet infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operational integrity of our crypto trading desk, wallet and market making operations, ensuring the smooth execution and settlement of trades across centralized and decentralized platforms, OTC desks and Liquidity providers. You will work closely with traders, counterparties, tech, compliance, and finance teams to scale a secure, compliant, and efficient operational framework.

This role is hybrid with a preference for Noida, India-based applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

OTC trading Desk: Own the trade execution process in your time zone—capture, confirmation, allocation, settlement across centralized exchanges, OTC, and DeFi protocols. Report on Pnl and trade data. Execute trades according to the strategies developed by the senior trading team. This includes buying and selling cryptocurrencies on various exchanges

Market Making Operations: Monitor market making activities on CEXs and DEXs and help manage inventory and Risk parameters to ensure liquidity across trading pairs.

Risk Management: Monitoring the portfolio to manage risks associated with cryptocurrency trading.

Wallet Operations: Assist with day-to-day trading and inventory management for non-custodial wallet operations. Prepare PnL and trade data reports.

Reporting & Reconciliation: Ensure accurate trade and position reconciliation across internal systems, exchanges, wallets, and bank accounts; resolve breaks and discrepancies swiftly.

Regulatory & Risk Oversight: Support AML/KYC operations and regulatory reporting; enforce risk controls and operational compliance.

System & Process Optimization: Partner with technology teams to automate workflows, improve data quality, and scale operational infrastructure to support increasing trade volumes.

Client-Focused Execution: Support institutional clients and counterparties with trade settlements, reporting, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with traders, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth trade execution and reporting.

Troubleshoot issues: Provide crypto related support across all products and liaise with the customer support team to resolve any customer issues within a set timeframe. This role demands occasionally availability outside of working hours and or over weekend.

Ad hoc tasks: Support the Manager/VP of trading and Fin ops team in analyzing new trading venues/ideas/ reports. Provide support during audits and internal reviews.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in crypto trading and operations and Market making (OTC, DeFi, CEX/DEX integrations, Trading via API).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in or with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, Liquidity providers, OTC desks, or crypto-native institutions.
