Hiring for Retail Research

Looking for young dynamic team member who is passionate about number / data crunching and would be keen to track BFSI sector

Qualification: Post graduates or Graduates with CA / CFA / MBA Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Tracking of domestic and international equity markets and various global news/events
  2. Track BFSI (Banking, NBFC, AMCs, Broking etc.) sector; Build and maintain financial models, industry databases etc.
  3. Generate actionable ideas for clients of the company backed by company reports, sector notes and thematic research
  4. Attending result con calls/analyst meet/interact with senior management team
  5. Tracking and analyzing regulatory changes and their impact on the sector
  6. Developing and maintaining client marketing pitch and presentation
  7. Conduct Webinar/Seminars for clients and internal departments
  8. Knowledge of using AI tools/prompt to improve the productivity will be an added advantage
  9. Passion to identify winning stock investment ideas

Key Competencies

  1. Excellent MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word etc) and data crunching skills (Financial Models, Valuations etc)
  2. Knowledge of database softwares such as Bloomberg, Capitaline, AceEquity, Trendlyne, Screener, etc
  3. Knowledge of using AI tools/prompt to improve the productivity coupled with independent thought process to identify wealth creation ideas will be an added advantage
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Passion to curate interesting content for social media handle
