Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of solar power solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the solar power industry and renewable energy solutions
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Experience in managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region
