Position: Draftsman – Joinery

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Joinery Draftsman to prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and 3D designs for custom furniture and interior joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out or woodworking projects and be able to translate design concepts into accurate production drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed joinery and furniture drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Develop cutting lists, material specifications, and assembly details.
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
• Modify and update drawings as per client or site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with joinery standards, materials, and finishes.
• Support the production team in resolving drawing-related queries during execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Joinery Draftsman in an interior fit-out or woodworking company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or 3ds Max is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of joinery details, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
