Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and analytics-driven SMO Analyst to amplify our brand presence across social media platforms. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, nurturing communities, and aligning social media strategies with broader brand goals rooted in cultural storytelling and global scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and algorithm
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content direction
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned creatives
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
• Optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging for maximum visibility and interaction
• Support influencer outreach and UGC campaigns to expand brand reach
• Ensure brand tone, cultural authenticity, and compliance across all social touchpoints
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or SMO
• Strong grasp of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and content optimization
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to fast-paced brand environments.
