Role & Responsibilities:

  • Die & mold fitting for rubber, plastic, and casting molds.
  • Operating milling machines, surface grinders, and EDMs.
  • CNC programming (for CNC role).
  • Supervision & manpower management (for supervisor role).
  • Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of molds.
  • Ensuring tool room discipline, accuracy, and productivity.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical, or relevant trade.
  • Basic knowledge of tool room machines (milling, surface grinder, EDM).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply (role-wise).
  • Supervisor must have hands-on tool room experience & team handling skills.
