Hands on experience in cooking and catering for VIPs.
Experienced in planning menu, designing menu according to the dietary needs and VIPs needs.
Preparation of Indian and continental cuisine, customised taste as per requirement.
Attention to details and adaptability to work with high end client.
Understanding of wellness and diet cuisine.
Have deep knowledge of safety and cleanliness of kitchen.
He should be able to select high quality ingredients for dishes.
He should have experience in cooking cuisines like continental and Indian.

The desired candidate should have exclusive and strong track record of working in up scaled kitchen with knowledge and also experience of preparing Indian and continental cuisine for the exclusive clients. should have knowledge of raw materiel, cooking technique and presentation of all kind of dishes. salary is not constrain for right candidate.
