As a(n) HIS Analytics Data Developer (Solventum) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading … Creating healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
• Implementing …Enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining …the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting …Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field

• Foundational understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with hands-on experience in designing or supporting data pipelines during academic projects or internships.

• Exposure to cloud-based development, particularly within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, or Athena).
• Strong internship or co-op experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development, demonstrating practical application of data concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced analytics environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data development (e.g., Python).
• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues
• Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts
• Strong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
