Job Description :

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and PSM (Public Sector Management) modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, assess needs, and translate them into SAP solutions that optimize financial processes and public sector functionalities.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP FICO and PSM modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration across the enterprise.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations, working with development teams to implement and test new functionalities that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize SAP FICO and PSM functionalities.
  • Lead or support project management activities, including scope definition, timeline management, resource allocation, and risk assessment, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and best practices for reference by the team and future projects.
  • Lead the resolution of complex incidents and problems in the SAP FICO and PSM landscape, ensuring timely and effective support to minimize business disruption.
  • Oversee the assessment, design, and implementation of changes and enhancements within the FICO and PSM modules, ensuring compliance with business requirements and alignment with the overall SAP strategy.
  • Collaborate with the AMS team to manage service delivery, including adherence to SLAs, coordination of support activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge repositories, ensuring that documentation, best practices, and lessons learned are captured and shared with the support team.
  • Provide training and mentorship to AMS support team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage FICO and PSM modules.
