The facility supports both its own branded lines and white-label manufacturing for partner brands. The unit is undergoing quality system upgrades and export readiness processes, aiming to meet both domestic and international standards of food safety and product innovation.

We're looking for a QC Microbiology Associate to run our factory lab and ensure every batch meets gold-standard food safety, hygiene, and microbial quality norms. If you're passionate about food safety, lab work, and want hands-on experience in a live production environment, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Lab Work

  • Test food & water samples for microbial load and contamination
  • Run daily swab, hygiene, and environmental tests
  • Handle culturing, plating, incubation, and colony counting
  • Use lab equipment: incubators, autoclaves, laminar airflow, pH meters, pipettes

Compliance & Cleanliness

  • Follow SOPs and PPE strictly
  • Maintain logs for temperature, humidity, and cleaning
  • Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ZED, HACCP)
  • Flag hygiene non-compliance or test failures immediately

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily QC logs and basic lab reports
  • Coordinate with production and quality supervisors
  • Track trends in test results and flag anomalies
  • Be a team player during batch processing and packaging days

What You Must Have

  • Solid grip on food microbiology lab techniques
  • Hands-on experience with pH meters, incubators, autoclaves, laminar airflow, micropipettes
  • Good hygiene practices and a sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and high-speed environments

Bonus If You Have

  • Basic knowledge of HACCP & GMP
  • Prior work experience in a food or beverage lab
  • Can communicate clearly with both lab and production teams
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or digital QC logs
