Our consultants, GRC specialists, and cybersecurity experts work together to deliver actionable, scalable, and business-oriented solutions.Your Role: Manager – PrivacyAs a Manager – Privacy, you will lead client engagements, oversee privacy compliance programs, and deliver expert advisory across global privacy regulations and frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage privacy assessments including DPIAs, PIAs, RoPA, privacy gap assessments, and internal auditsImplement and operationalize privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL, etc.)Develop and review privacy policies, procedures, notices, and governance documentationDrive incident response management, breach readiness, and remediation workflowsSupport implementation of ISO 27701, ISO 27001 controls and privacy-by-design practicesConduct third-party risk assessments and vendor privacy evaluationsAdvise client leadership teams on privacy posture, risks, and compliance strategiesEnsure timely delivery of privacy programs and manage a team of consultantsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including security, legal, IT, and complianceRequirements4–7 years of experience in Privacy, Data Protection, GRC, or CybersecurityStrong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL, and other global regulationsHands-on experience with DPIAs, RoPA, privacy audits, incident management, and DSAR handlingUnderstanding of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, SOC 2 frameworksExperience working with privacy tools like OneTrust, , BigID (preferred)Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001 LA/LI (preferred)Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skillsBenefitsWork with one of the most specialized and high-growth privacy and GRC consulting firms in India.Exposure to enterprise clients, global privacy regulations, and end-to-end privacy implementation programs.Accelerated career growth with opportunities to lead projects and mentor junior consultants.Ownership of impactful privacy engagements, compliance programs, and client delivery excellence.Flexible work culture – hybrid options available.Strong focus on continuous learning, certifications, and professional development.From The Tsaaro Team"At Tsaaro, we're not just building privacy programs — we're building future leaders in the privacy domain.
