Job Description

An established and reputed Advertising Agency is looking for a competent Asst. Manager (Client Service) to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Advertising service and PR activities. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Jobs and responsibilities

 Create detailed business plans & manage the sales cycle

 Unearth new sales opportunities and secure business

 Provide professional PR and after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

 Remain in regular contact with your clients and meet their needs

 Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation

Requirements and skills

 Proven experience as an Account Executive/Asst. Manager (Client Service) or similar sales role in an advertising agency.

 Knowledge of market research and Advertising services

 Excellent communication/skills and ability to build relationships

 Organizational and time-management skills

 Enthusiastic and passionate

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary range: Rs.25,000 to Rsa.30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
