Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Blockchain Specialist
to design, develop, test, and deploy secure, high-performance blockchain solutions for enterprise clients. You will play a key role in building decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, tokenomics frameworks, and NFT ecosystems—driving innovation in Web3 and DeSci.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contract development, security best practices, and cross-chain interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and audit
    smart contracts
    using Solidity, Vyper, or Rust (for NEAR/Avalanche).
  • Implement
    NFT standards
    (ERC-721, ERC-1155) with advanced features such as
    lazy minting
    , metadata storage (IPFS, Arweave), and royalty mechanisms.
  • Build and integrate
    governance frameworks
    with time-locked proposal systems and voting mechanisms.
  • Develop
    custom fungible tokens
    for tokenomics and utility use cases (e.g., RMDS Lab's governance token).
  • Deploy and manage contracts on multiple blockchain networks:
    Ethereum, Avalanche, NEAR, Polygon, and others
    .
  • Optimize gas usage and ensure cost efficiency in contract execution.
  • Conduct
    security audits
    and vulnerability assessments using tools like Slither, MythX, and manual review.
  • Integrate blockchain components with frontend dApps (React, TypeScript), backend services , Spring Boot), and third-party SDKs (e.g., Fireblocks, Chainlink, KYC providers).
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and testnet-to-production deployments.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends:
    ZK-proofs, rollups, account abstraction, modular blockchains
    .
  • Contribute to
    enterprise-grade documentation
    , architecture diagrams, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience
    in blockchain development, with at least
    3 years focused on smart contract development
    .
  • Experience in Banking domain
  • Proven experience with:
  • Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle
  • Ethereum, Avalanche, NEAR, Polygon ecosystems
  • NFT standards and marketplaces
  • IPFS, Arweave, or other decentralized storage
  • Wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect)
  • Security best practices and common attack vectors (reentrancy, front-running, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of
    tokenomics
    ,
    governance models
    , and
    decentralized identity (DID)
    .
  • Experience with
    testnet deployment
    ,
    staging environments
    , and
    production monitoring
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD tools
    (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI),
    infrastructure as code (Terraform)

    containerization (Docker)
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building secure, scalable, and innovative systems.

  • Experience in

  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or public repositories.
  • Certification in blockchain (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer – CBD, Ethereum Developer Certification).

  • Experience working in regulated industries (FinTech, healthcare, education) with compliance requirements.
