Role Description

This is a contractual role with possibility of conversion into a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Thumbnail Designer at Naarrivo Creations. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling thumbnails for YouTube videos, collaborating with team members to capture the essence of the videos, and continuously improving thumbnail performance through design adjustments and A/B testing. The role involves daily coordination with the creative team to ensure alignment with branding and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of visual storytelling and an eye for compelling design
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Relevant portfolio showcasing previous work in thumbnail design or similar fields
• Familiarity with YouTube's platform and audience engagement strategies is a plus
