3D VISUALIZER

Key duties and responsibilities

· 3D Modelling: Creating detailed 3D models of objects, buildings, or environments based on blueprints, sketches, CAD files, and specifications.

· Rendering and Animation: Producing high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations that accurately represent the design concept, including exterior and interior views.

· Lighting and Texturing: Applying realistic lighting, textures, and materials to enhance the visual appeal and realism of the renderings.

· Collaboration: Working closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, marketing teams, and clients to interpret design concepts and ensure the accuracy and alignment of visuals with project goals.

· Visual Storytelling: Creating storyboards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas and project progress effectively to clients and stakeholders.

· Project Management: Maintaining organized project files, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of visual assets.

· Quality Assurance: Reviewing and improving 3D effects, animations, and renderings to ensure accuracy, realism, and adherence to quality standards.

· Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization trends, software, and techniques to continuously improve visual quality.

· Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to 3D models, renderings, or software.

Essential skills

· Expertise in industry-standard software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Render.

· Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation principles.

· A keen eye for detail, composition, color theory, and an understanding of architectural and design principles.

· Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with clients, teams, and presenting ideas.

· Ability to analyze challenges, adapt to unforeseen issues, and find creative solutions.

· Meticulousness in reviewing designs, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards.

· Efficiency in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting project deadlines.

Educational background and experience

· A diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is typically preferred.

· Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role, often with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.

· Specialized training or certifications in 3D software or rendering techniques can be beneficial.
