Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote interior design services.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
  • Explain service offerings, gather client requirements, and schedule appointments for design consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects and leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
  • Basic understanding of interior design industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven environments.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
