Job Description

We are hiring an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations and support internal teams in a fast-paced advertising agency. The candidate will coordinate between departments, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and coordination
  • Handle calls, emails, visitors, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with Creative, Client Servicing, Media & Accounts teams
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings and assist with follow-ups
  • Coordinate with clients,vendors, printers, and freelancers
  • Assist with billing coordination, POs, and basic accounts support

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience as Office Coordinator / Administrator
  • Experience in advertising or media agency preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
