  • Set up and operate manual die-cutting machinery to produce precise cuts and shapes from materials such as cardboard, paper, plastic, fabric, or leather.
  • Adjust machine settings and dies based on the material's thickness and hardness to achieve optimal performance and prevent errors.
  • Monitor machine operation during production runs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Select and install the correct cutting dies for each job.
  • Perform efficient make-ready and setup processes, including locking up the die and adjusting the machine's ram and other components.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of the equipment, including sharpening or replacing dies as needed.
  • Load and unload materials from the machine, ensuring correct alignment to prevent waste.
  • Properly use hand tools, such as tongs or push sticks, when feeding or removing materials to keep hands away from the cutting area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
